Deloitte's Mergers & Acquisitions HR Due Diligence team in the UK is seeking a Manager to support analysis and reporting for high-profile transactions.

You will work across exit readiness, due diligence, vendor due diligence, and post-signing reviews, collaborating with global teams to deliver end-to-end deal services.

Hybrid working model based in Manchester with a focus on developing client relationships and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent financial analysis skills.
• Strong problem solving, diagnostic and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of HR costs including salaries, bonuses and pensions.
• Experience in the M&A lifecycle and related deal work.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR issues and feed into Quality of Earnings and Net Debt adjustments.
• Participate in calls/meetings to review future HR plans and carve-out impacts.
• Draft HR Due Diligence reports with tables and key messages.
• Collaborate with Deloitte teams to provide end-to-end deal services.
• Support client relationships and business development.
