Job summary

Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall seeks an experienced HR Director, Labor and Employee Relations to provide strategic leadership in personnel policies and labor relations.

The role supports managers and employees in interpreting and applying policies and collective bargaining agreements while ensuring consistent employment practices across the organization. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 7+ years in HR with 5+ in management, and experience in a unionized setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Seven+ years of HR experience with at least five years in a management role.
• Solid background in all aspects of HR administration with emphasis on employee and labor relations.
• Experience in a unionized environment; strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities
