Oxford Collection, a family-owned hospitality group, seeks an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR function from the Bend, Oregon corporate office. This role oversees HR programs across five states, guiding workforce planning, employee relations, and policy administration to support growth and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• At least five years of human resource management experience required.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP required.
• Human Resources experience in hospitality preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (English / Spanish).

Aufgaben

• Partner with ownership and executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational structure, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices across all locations.
• Coach leaders and provide resources to manage teams effectively.
