Job summary

Oxford Collection of hotels is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead our corporate HR function across multiple properties. You will shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting growth in a family-owned hospitality environment.

You will oversee talent management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and HR operations, with a hands-on leadership style and a focus on culture and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is required.
• At least five years of HR management experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification required.
• Hospitality HR experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of HR strategies aligned with operations.
• Oversee workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and policy administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; maintain HRIS data integrity.
• Oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Travel to properties to support leadership teams and HR initiatives.
