McCrea Manor seeks a dynamic Human Resources Director to lead the HR Department, directing recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance with employment laws. You will shape policies and ensure scalable HR practices across the facility.

You will partner with leadership to drive a positive workplace culture, manage personnel records, and oversee adherence to regulations while fostering development and mentorship for staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions in a timely fashion.
• Knowledge of supply practices, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ability to minimize waste and misuse of supplies and equipment.
• Willingness to adopt new methods and practices.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the HR Department.
• Develop and maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations.
• Recommend staffing levels to the Administrator.
• Coordinate interviews and staffing requests.
• Ensure orientation and convey personnel policies, payroll procedures, safety and grievance processes.
• Maintain personnel records and reporting systems.
