A growing non-profit organization in San Jose, CA is seeking an HR Director to manage all human resource functions including performance management, recruitment strategies, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the technology sector. This is a full-time onsite position with a salary of up to $125,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience supporting within the technology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment law and regulations concerning wage & hour, ERISA, and compensation.

Partnering with companies and candidates to support HR, Payroll and Admin hiring!

We have a small Non-Profit in San Jose, CA seeking an HR Director on a full-time basis.

Client has 45 employees and growing. This is their first HR hire for the team and would report to the Executive Director.

This position would be 100% onsite!

Hours are 8-5pm daily

Pay is up to $125K (no wiggle here as this is the 2025 budget)

This Non-Profit has been using an HR Consultancy Company for the past 5 years and finally large enough where they need a full-time head count.

Position would start ASAP!

Duties and Projects will include:

• Performance management
• Employee relations and investigations
• Compensation review
• Staffing and Recruitment strategies
• Executive level support with coaching and counseling
• Main point of contact for company wide policy implementation/changes

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience supporting within the technology industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; PHR/SPHR Certification
• Specialized training and in-depth knowledge of federal and state employment law and regulations with emphasis on wage & hour, ERISA and compensation
