Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in administering functional career development programs such as DAWIA training and Warfighting Acquisition University training.
• Developing or reviewing training materials (lesson plans, tests, student guides, practical exercises).
• Coaching and training others by developing guidelines, objectives and instructional materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, plan and oversee Command level employee training and career development programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations and administer leadership development programs.
• Coordinate trainers and advise on Navy ERP Sustainment training for the workforce.
• Plan and conduct recreational activities and events to maximize use of facilities and resources.
• Plan programs/educational seminars (Lunch and Learns) on health and well-being for NAWCTSD employees.

Education

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education
