  • Interpret federal laws, OPM regulations, and agency policies related to leadership development.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with agency senior executives, business units, and operational leaders to ensure leadership development programs are aligned with business needs and strategic priorities.
  • Model best practices in leadership program design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Represent the agency at meetings and conferences involving high-level human capital managers from industry and government, give presentations regarding agency human capital development innovations.
  • Draft and deliver executive level written and oral communications on leadership development initiatives, including program briefings, white papers, business cases, strategic plans, evaluation reports, and after-action reviews.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior HR staff, leadership development coordinators, and program support personnel.
