Job summary

Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry is seeking an HR Data/Reporting Analyst to provide HR research, data analysis, and process improvement expertise. You will analyze data, prepare reports and dashboards, and support policy development to strengthen workforce management across the agency.

You will collaborate with leadership to enhance operations, improve efficiency, and drive meaningful HR insights. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR data analysis methods and techniques with SharePoint and Power BI.
• Project management and continuous process improvement knowledge.
• Understanding of state and federal laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, analyzes, and prepares reports on HR metrics for agency management.
• Extracts and formats data from AZ360.
• Creates and maintains databases, spreadsheets, dashboards and forms.
