Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking an HR Operations Senior Coordinator to input and audit HR data in Workday HCM Cloud and manage electronic personnel files in OnBase. You will ensure data accuracy, drive efficiency, and safeguard sensitive information under supervision.

Responsibilities include audits, case management, and routine reporting, with a focus on data integrity and process improvements. The role supports Exit Management, Employee Data Management, and I-9 employment eligibility

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and strong data-entry skills.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to defect-free data.
• Strong service mindset with experience handling sensitive HR data.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs and use reference guides.
• Effective written and verbal communication; maintains confidentiality.
• Experience with case management tools and prioritization based on SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and inputs people and job data in Workday for lifecycle events.
• Verifies source data for accuracy prior to entry and resolves discrepancies.
• Performs regular Workday data audits and supports I-9, document retention audits.
• Maintains electronic personnel files in OnBase and responds to verifications.
• Manages Workday Help cases at Tier 1-2 and escalates as needed.
• Supports testing, updates, and enhancements of Workday processes.
