Job summary

Alliance HCM seeks a Client Onboarding Data Specialist to guide clients’ HR teams through legacy data requirements and establish transformation rules. You will manage extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading of historical HR and payroll data into Alliance HCM’s platform, ensuring accuracy and a smooth cutover.

You’ll profile data, validate algorithms, reconcile data, and document processes, working with project managers and specialists to optimize templates and automated workflows for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, database administration, or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in ETL processes, relational database structures, and Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL querying.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and the secure handling of sensitive PII.
• Sharp attention to detail with a methodical approach to quality assurance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, transform, and load data from legacy HR and payroll systems into Alliance HCM platform.
• Oversee data extraction and address anomalies, missing values, or formatting errors.
• Profile data, validate algorithms, and manually reconcile data before imports.
• Coordinate with project manager and specialists for hand-offs and documentation.
• Optimize data migration templates, scripts, and automated workflows.
