Blue Robotics Inc. is seeking an HR data migration specialist to move historical employee records, payroll history, and timekeeping data from Namely to Rippling.

You will define the data inventory, create a compliant recordkeeping plan, and manage the end-to-end migration with a focus on accuracy and privacy. The role requires experience with Namely and Rippling, strong data governance skills, and the ability to present the final system to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating HR data and payroll data.
• Proven discretion handling sensitive employee information.
• Familiarity with Namely and Rippling HRIS platforms.
• Ability to develop compliant recordkeeping guides and data migration plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current HR data state and plan migration strategy.
• Migrate historical employee documents, payroll history, and timekeeping data.
• Create a recordkeeping guide compliant for internal partners.
• Import data to current platforms and validate integrity.
• Reconcile record counts and ensure no data loss.
• Present a walkthrough of the final system to HR team.
