Job summary

Blue Robotics is seeking an HR data migration and compliance-focused consultant to lead the migration of historical employee records, payroll history, and timekeeping data from Namely to Rippling. The role involves evaluating data state, planning the migration, and ensuring compliant storage for internal teams.

You will develop a recordkeeping guide, inventory data, and a concise index for ongoing use, while reconciling counts and presenting the final system walkthrough to HR.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating HR data between systems.
• Knowledge of data privacy and payroll data handling.
• Ability to create recordkeeping guides and data inventories.
• Familiar with Namely and/or Rippling platforms.

Responsibilities
