Job summary

Amrize is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to ensure daily maintenance and integrity of HR data in SuccessFactors and SAP. You will manage change requests, execute mass data uploads, and test system modifications while complying with governance standards.

You will train field HR teams, create SOPs, and perform data quality audits to support Payroll, Finance, and regulatory reporting in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and SAP SuccessFactors experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR data administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred; familiarity with SAP ECC HCM is an asset.
• Intermediate MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and strong data accuracy are required.

Responsibilities

• Own data accuracy from change requests and update HR systems accordingly.
• Train field HR and maintain SOPs; manage change communications across North America.
• Run routine audits across SuccessFactors and SAP to catch inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle daily org structure updates and mass data uploads during reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Support regulatory compliance requirements and provide frontline HR data inquiries support.
