Job summary

Amrize is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to manage daily HR master data in core systems (SuccessFactors and SAP). You will ensure data integrity, support audits, and lead data changes from request through validation, working with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams across North America.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR data administration, proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and MS Excel, and a detail-oriented mindset consistent with regulatory standards. Travel ~5% is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or years of equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR system administration, data entry facilitation, or HR shared services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Ultimate Gatekeeper: take ownership of data accuracy and perform required changes in HR data systems.
• Train and maintain: provide ongoing HR field training and create SOPs for system changes.
• Run routine audits across SuccessFactors and SAP to catch inconsistencies and ensure data downstream accuracy.
• Handle daily org structure updates and mass data uploads during reorganizations or mergers.
• Maintain an audit-ready environment for internal and external audits and test system upgrades.
