Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an HR Data Governance professional to support the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the HR Data Governance Framework. You will develop, document, and maintain policies, standards, and operating guidelines for data governance.

The role requires establishing data quality controls, collaborating with HR, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology to define governance requirements, and assisting in risk assessments and remediation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HR data governance policies and standards.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience supporting enterprise data governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HR Data Governance Framework.
• Develop, document, and maintain HR data governance policies, standards, procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Establish and monitor data quality controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of HR data.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams to define governance requirements and data ownership responsibilities.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data control frameworks, including risk assessments, control testing, and remediation activities.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, privacy regulations, and internal governance standards impacting HR data.
• Analyze HR data and provide reports and insights to support governance, compliance, and operational decision-making.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor key data governance metrics, data quality indicators, and control effectiveness.
