Job summary

iHeartMedia is seeking an HR Data Analyst on the People Analytics team. You will build Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to deliver actionable insights that drive HR decisions.

You’ll leverage Excel and data visualization to simplify complex data for HR partners and leadership, manage multiple projects, and ensure data quality and governance across reporting initiatives.

This is a salaried, regular full-time position located at our Dallas, TX campus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR data reporting/analysis experience.
• Extensive experience using the Workday HRIS platform.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Workday to collect, cleanse, harmonize, and visualize datasets for ongoing reporting.
• Support cross-functional teams on ad-hoc reporting requests and meet deadlines.
• Respond to Workday analytics & reporting inquiries across the business.
• Simplify data visualization to make complex info clear for HR partners.
• Analyze data to derive insights and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Lead multiple time-sensitive projects to deliver actionable results.
• Maintain data governance and ensure QA in analytics projects.
• Support compliance reporting requirements and automate manual reporting where feasible.
