iHeartMedia is seeking an HR Data Analyst on the People Analytics team. You will build Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to deliver actionable insights that drive HR decisions.

You’ll leverage Excel and data visualization to simplify complex data for HR partners and leadership, manage multiple projects, and ensure data quality and governance across reporting initiatives.

This is a salaried, regular full-time position located at our Dallas, TX campus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR data reporting/analysis experience.
• Extensive experience using the Workday HRIS platform.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Overview

We are looking for an HR Data Analyst on the People Analytics team at iHeartMedia. Your primary focus will be to leverage data and analytics to help the Human Resources Division reach its goals. You will build Workday reports, create calculated fields, design and update dashboards to provide actionable insights that drive impactful business decisions. Your expertise in data visualization will translate complex information into clear insights for HR business partners and function leads.

What You’ll Do

• Leverage Workday to collect, cleanse, harmonize, and visualize datasets for ongoing reporting
• Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of ad-hoc reporting requests and meet deadlines
• Respond to Workday analytics & reporting inquiries across the iHeartMedia business
• Demonstrate proven ability to simplify data visualization
• Analyze data to discover insights and determine takeaways to enable teams to make evidence-based decisions
• Heavily utilize Workday and Microsoft Excel to pull, manipulate, and examine people information and survey feedback to identify insights that drive business decisions
• Lead multiple time-sensitive projects at a time to deliver actionable results
• Maintain data governance framework and ensure accuracy and quality assurance in all analytics projects
• Support third-party and legal compliance reporting requirements
• Automate manual reporting and leverage AI to create efficiencies, where feasible
• Support the design and implementation of reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to better understand employees and make effective people decisions

What You’ll Need

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR data reporting, analysis, or a related field
• Extensive experience using the Workday HRIS platform
• Experience in HR data reporting and data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Exceptional experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Takes initiative, demonstrates resourcefulness, and excels in finding creative solutions to challenges
• Able to turn data into insight which creates more impactful business outcomes
• A positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as needed
