Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Data Analysis - Human Resources to lead analytics initiatives across HR programs. You will oversee end-to-end analysis—from data extraction to strategic testing—and contribute to talent and organizational insights using Python, SQL, Tableau, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, OR, Analytics, Mathematics, CS) plus 6 years analytics experience or Master’s Degree plus 4 years analytics experience.
