Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a related field (DS/CS/Math/Econ).
• Experience with automation (RPA) platforms and web technologies (HTML, JS, CSS, SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and write requirements for automation enhancements.
• Collaborate with analysts, programmers, system architects and DBAs in development of automations.
• Liaise with IT staff to resolve automation issues.
• Analyze existing automations and identify improvements.
• Develop automations according to specifications.
• Write scripts to enhance automation functionality.
• Design and run performance tests for automations.
• Debug and fix bugs; respond to support tickets.
