Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• No experience necessary. Previous internships or relevant academic projects preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other teams to understand data needs.
• Participate in data validation and integrity checks.
• Participate in regular user group meetings for knowledge sharing.
• Support creation of basic reports and dashboards under guidance.
• Support monitoring and maintenance of products (reports, applications, workflows, etc.).
• Support timely decision-making through accurate reporting and foundational data prep that enables smooth operations in Sales and Service.
• Identify, understand, and/or assess source data, data processes and workflows.
