Job Summary
Leverages data analytics to provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the HR department. Conducts in-depth statistical analyses to identify opportunities for optimizing HR programs and processes. Partners with HR leadership to evaluate the outcomes of HR strategies and refines them based on insights. Designs user-friendly, actionable visualizations that empower HR leaders and managers to make informed decisions.

Per the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hiring range for this position for Colorado-based team members is $105,211-$135,116. The hiring range for other locations may vary.
