Job summary

Namify, a growing HR-focused company, seeks an energetic HR Coordinator/Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle and support various HR initiatives. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and extend offers while collaborating with hiring managers to build a strong team in a fast-paced environment.

You'll gain hands-on experience across HR functions, contribute to onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement, and grow your career while helping Namify attract exceptional talent.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience required.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases.
  • Strong commitment to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Communicate effectively both in writing and orally.
  • Making decisions independently.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through a variety of recruiting channels and build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify outstanding candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews.
  • Create compelling job postings and position descriptions.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring decisions.
  • Complete reference checks and facilitate job offers.
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to create an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Support additional HR initiatives and projects as you continue developing your HR expertise.

About the Role

As our HR Coordinator/Recruiter, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Namify by finding and hiring exceptional talent. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing amazing candidates to extending offers while also supporting a variety of Human Resources initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of People, you'll gain hands‑on experience across multiple HR functions, making this an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources. Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time) - In Office
