Job summary

Pilgrims is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, personnel records, benefits and payroll processes in a busy HR function. You will perform clerical duties, ensure data accuracy and maintain confidential files across multiple programs.

Under supervision with some autonomy, you will enter data into SAP, assist with new hire orientation, run reports, and help with surveys to inform policy development. The role emphasizes accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks such as setting up files on all new personnel and recording changes.
• Processes applications, enrollment forms, and payroll change requests; enrolls new employees in programs.
• Maintains and distributes current employee information and communications.
• Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
• Verifies payroll entries and changes and reports discrepancies.
