Qualifications

• Manage and renew HHA licenses, ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR records and compliance documentation; process letters and verifications.
• Coordinate bilingual orientation sessions, onboarding workflows and new hire documentation.
• Prepare onboarding materials and ensure system access for new hires.
• Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries; update direct deposits and PTO records.
• Provide system support and retraining for HHAs on Arla and HHAeXchange.
• Collaborate with Compliance to complete required trainings and certifications.
