Dollar Tree is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Joliet Distribution Center. You will support the HR Department and DC leadership by managing administrative HR functions, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping and payroll processes.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across payroll systems like Kronos or Workday, with a focus on providing excellent staff support across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of administrative office experience, preferably with DC practices and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Dept and DC leadership by managing administrative HR functions.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding and ensure accurate recordkeeping and payroll processes.
• Enter HR system changes and assist with Kronos timekeeping/payroll; data entry and mail merge.
• Provide general HR support to managers and associates across all shifts.
