Jensen Meat Company is seeking a high-performing HR Coordinator II to support evening shift HR operations (2:00pm - 10:00pm) including administrative duties, employee file compliance, onboarding logistics, and workers’ comp case coordination. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records, safety logs, and weekly compliance trackers.
• Assist with injury reports, Workers’ Compensation claims, and clinic appointment coordination.
• Run onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Prepare translation materials and support bilingual communication needs.
• Support HR analytics efforts by running weekly reports and audit lists.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years HR administration or coordinator experience.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation or incident tracking preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel and document tracking capabilities.
