Job description

The HR & Safety Coordinator will be on-site at one of our Stockton manufacturing facilities. This person will support daily HR operations, help foster a safe and respectful workplace, and assist in creating a positive and productive culture across the facility.

This position is for our 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday).

This role is 100% onsite in Stockton, CA.

What You’ll Do:

• Build trusted relationships with associates and help address any questions related to policies, benefits, and/or HR procedures
• Support new-hire training and onboarding
• Partner with our third-party staffing agencies for successful hiring and record keeping
• Review and process timecards and attendance records for payroll accuracy
• Track and file corrective actions, employee statements, safety incidents, and compliance documents
• Complete and file incident reports and employee safety statements
• Support and track training for workplace safety programs
• Partner with facility leadership to reinforce a culture of safety
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
• Lead or assist with special HR projects and initiatives to support the facility and company-wide objectives.
• Other duties as assigned and necessary
