Position Summary

iParametrics is seeking an experienced, organized, and highly dependable Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources function and the Alpharetta corporate office.

The HR Coordinator will support a broad range of HR and administrative activities, including employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel records, HRIS maintenance, employee documentation, travel coordination, and routine employee support. This position will also assist with corporate office administration and coordinate travel and accommodations for employees supporting company projects and deployments.

This role is well suited for an HR professional with several years of hands-on experience who is comfortable independently managing routine processes, working in a fast-paced environment, and responding to changing operational priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Administration
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding through separation.
  • Manage new-hire onboarding processes, including initiating onboarding in ADP Workforce Now, monitoring required documentation, communicating with new employees, and coordinating first-day logistics.
  • Maintain accurate electronic personnel files and ensure required employee documentation is complete and appropriately filed.
  • Conduct routine reviews of employee records to identify missing, incomplete, or outdated documentation.
  • Coordinate routine offboarding activities, including separation paperwork, system updates, equipment coordination, and internal notifications.
  • Assist with routine HR reporting and data requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and exercise appropriate judgment when handling sensitive matters.
HRIS & Payroll Support
  • Maintain employee demographic, employment, and organizational information in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Review employee data for accuracy and make authorized corrections or updates.
  • Assist employees with routine ADP questions, including accessing pay statements, updating personal information, completing forms, and navigating employee self-service.
  • Assist with reviewing timekeeping information and following up with employees or managers regarding missing or incomplete records.
Travel & Deployment Coordination
  • Coordinate business travel and accommodations for corporate, project, and deployed employees.
  • Research and book flights, rental vehicles, hotels, and other transportation or accommodations in accordance with company requirements and project needs.
  • Make changes to existing reservations and assist employees with travel disruptions, cancellations, or other logistical issues as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of employee travel arrangements, itineraries, confirmations, and related documentation.
  • Assist with resolving routine travel-related issues and elevate significant cost, policy, or operational concerns as appropriate.
  • Support time-sensitive travel arrangements associated with emergency response, disaster recovery, or other rapid deployment activities.
  • Occasionally provide travel or deployment coordination outside normal business hours when operational needs require.
Qualifications
Required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or
  • 2–4 years of Human Resources, HR coordination, or comparable HR administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee onboarding, employee records, or similar HR operations.
  • Experience coordinating business travel, employee logistics, office administration, or similar activities is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with confidential employee and company information.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience working with an HRIS, payroll system, or similar employee database.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage recurring responsibilities and prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to remain organized and responsive when priorities or operational needs change quickly.
  • Sound judgment and ability to recognize when an employee or operational matter should be escalated.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Alpharetta, Georgia.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime, including limited after-hours support when required by business or deployment needs.
Preferred
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Previous experience coordinating employee or business travel.
  • Experience supporting project-based, field-based, emergency response, construction, engineering, government contracting, or similarly operational workforces.
  • Experience working in a small or mid-sized organization where HR team members perform a variety of responsibilities.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform prolonged periods of computer-based work.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move office supplies and packages weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
  • Ability to move throughout the office as necessary to perform assigned duties.
