Role: Human Resource Coordinator (Healthcare)
Location:New York New York 10003
Duration: Permanent
Salary:75K - 80K

***Highly preferred that the candidate comes from healthcare

Requirements & Responsibilities

• 3-5+ years HR experience - calming and conscientious person
• Manage and update hard and digital copies of records, data entry, paper files, follow checklists, onboarding/offboarding, fingerprinting, background checks, drug tests, reference checks. When the staff has issues, they are handled by the Director
• Ideally Healthcare HR background
• Oversee timesheets, vacation time requests
• Working in Paychex (not required)
• Assist with special programs and projects
