Bluejack Ranch is seeking an HR assistant to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee programs within a private club environment. You will help review resumes, coordinate new hire orientation, and assist the HR team with reports and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in human resources, hospitality, or customer service roles.
• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to exceptional service.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) & Adobe software
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruiting process by reviewing resumes and conducting secondary interviews for hourly employees.
• Provide support during the onboarding process by preparing onboarding materials and coordinating new hire orientation for new employees.
• Support the Director of HR, Assistant Director of HR Manager, and HR Manager with various projects, reports, and HR-related initiatives.
• Provide administrative support by managing and maintaining employee files and records.
• Coordinate and help facilitate employee appreciation initiatives, including the employee store, and recognition programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day employee questions, including general HR resources, benefits guidance, and internal processes.
• Assist with recurring monthly initiatives, including employee birthday and anniversary cards and the employee newsletter.
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with occasional operational errands
• Maintain working relationships with key internal departments to support employee-related needs or questions.
• Maintain an organized and professional office environment, managing supplies, communication tools, and day-to-day logistics.
• Uphold the club’s service standards in all interactions and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
