Job summary

Bluejack Ranch is a private club near Fort Worth that blends luxury living with top-tier hospitality. This on-site retail/guest services role supports Members by handling merchandise, processing purchases at the POS, tagging items, and assisting with tee-time scheduling via the club app.

You’ll contribute to a welcoming shop atmosphere and team-driven service culture. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, punctual, and team players who enjoy interacting with Members and guests.

Qualifications

• Receive and process incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and tag merchandise to Club retail standards.
• Assist Members with scheduling tee times in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to Member questions regarding the Club’s mobile app in a timely and helpful manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming retail and work environment.
• Process Member purchases accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Support colleagues to ensure a seamless Member experience.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
