Job summary

GardaWorld Security is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to manage onboarding, employee records, and compliance across the Reno, NV region. You will guide candidates, coordinate interviews, and administer background checks, while ensuring accurate HR data and smooth new‑hire processes.

You’ll handle benefits communication, orientation scheduling, payroll readiness, and maintenance of HR records in WinTeam, with opportunities for growth in a global security firm.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma required; a college degree in HR preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience in proprietary and mass market systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through the application process and manage progress in the ATS.
• Coordinate screenings, interviews, offers, and new-hire orientations.
• Administer drug screens, background checks, and related compliance steps.
• Schedule orientations and enroll employees in the Learning Management System.
• Communicate benefits and assist with open enrollment and payroll readiness.
• Maintain branch records, reports, and ensure data integrity in WinTeam.
