Job summary

M&H Valve Company, a world-class manufacturer of water and wastewater valves, seeks an HR Coordinator to support an engaging culture and provide prompt service to team members. The role includes safety support, records management, and collaboration with the HR team on programs and initiatives.

You will assist with employee engagement, recruitment outreach, training tracking, and development activities in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required; HR-focused preferred.
• HR experience in manufacturing environment preferred; compliance and safety awareness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS familiarity.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement activities and communications.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with retention policies.
• Assist recruitment and outreach at job fairs and campus events.
• Coordinate training programs and track completion of required certifications.
• Support safety initiatives and promote The McWane Way principles.
• No supervisory responsibilities to manage.
