Tovala is seeking an HR Coordinator/Admin (Bilingual) to join our Utah facility. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, manage time and attendance, support HR activities, and assist with events and onboarding.
A strong communicator who handles confidential information will thrive here. With 1+ year in admin/HR, you’ll work closely with production and People teams, ensuring smooth operations, timely reports, and efficient scheduling.

As an HR Coordinator/Admin (Bilingual), you will be responsible for assisting with People Team (HR) duties and plant operations. Some crucial responsibilities include organizing company events, arranging employee trainings, time & attendance tracking, and facility purchases. You will also be the friendly first point of contact for visitors to our facility.
The schedule for this position is 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday, onsite.
$60,000 - $75,000 a year
Salary based on skills and applicable years of experience
