Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Support Specialist to process repair requests, upload documents, and coordinate tow requests from partners, customers and internal teams. You will ensure smooth communication via email and internal systems to reach positive customer resolutions.

The role requires a high level of accuracy, preparedness to handle multiple tasks, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Work-from-home, with a strong emphasis on reliable internet and self-discipline, is available.

In short, the Support Specialist is responsible for injecting and processing repair requests, uploading documentation and coordinating tow requests submitted by business partners, customers, and internal departments. Facilitating communication between these parties through email and internal systems, ensuring a smooth path toward a positive resolution for the customer.
