Job summary

PACE Supply Corp. is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

This role provides administrative support to Total Rewards programs, handles benefits, leaves of absence, and related processes, and serves as backup for Workers' Compensation/Leave administration. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely HR operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required; degrees in HR/Business Admin preferred.
  • 1-3 years HR, LOA/Benefits experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a passion for people and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support benefit programs, Open Enrollment, benefit inquiries, eligibility documentation, and billing reconciliation.
  • Administrative support for tracking leaves of absence, documentation, dates, and status.
  • Backup support for workers’ compensation and leave administration, including claims, tracking, documentation, and employee follow-up.
  • Assist with compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, relocation, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, reports, trackers, and related documentation.
  • Support HR compliance activities, employee communications, audits, and special projects.
  • Coordinate new-hire orientation at the Corporate Office, including schedules, materials, communications, and logistics.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, and other departments to support effective HR operations.
  • Respond to employee questions professionally and timely, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.

Job description

PACE Supply id seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Total Rewards team across benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, and other Total Rewards programs. This position is responsible for coordinating routine processes, maintaining accurate records, responding to employee inquiries, assisting with recurring Total Rewards activities, and providing general administrative support to ensure programs are administered accurately and timely. The HR Coordinator also serves as backup support to the Workers' Compensation/Leave of Absence Administrator, including initiating workers' compensation claims, supporting leave tracking and administration, and managing routine leave activities during periods of absence.

  • Education and Experience A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of HR or LOA/Benefits experience preferred

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
