Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members. Support recruitment efforts through job postings, candidate sourcing, background screenings, interview coordination, and employment offers. Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding while ensuring all employment requirements are met. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR forms, and HRIS data within Workday. Support payroll operations through data entry, audits, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Assist with benefits administration and employee-related programs. Coordinate training sessions and ensure compliance with required training programs. Assist supervisors with performance management processes and employee relations matters. Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and other administrative documentation. Process employment changes, including hires, status changes, and terminations. Collaborate with leaders across the organization to improve processes and support business objectives. Help foster a positive, welcoming, and professional workplace culture.
