An established industry player is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a variety of HR programs and activities. This role involves data cleanup, updating job descriptions, and assisting in the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree and at least 2 years of HR experience. You'll work closely with HR management and interact with leaders across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a global healthcare innovator, working on diverse projects that make a real difference in people's lives.
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Pay rate up to $21/hr
Work Type: 4 days in office 1 day remote once trained and able to work independently on all service requests
Location: Abbott Park, IL
Duties: Note:
Applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
Responsible for supporting a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
Data cleanup, job descriptions, organize efforts to update job descriptions, implement hiring process and development.
Need to know basics of HR compliance. Focus on supporting the Business Human Resource leader in implementing processes.
Must be organized and be able to prioritize well.
Must interact with leaders at all levels of the business.
Skills:
With limited supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals, will assist in coordinating and/or administering various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
Responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions.
