Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions in Workday, including hires, additional jobs, separations, and pay changes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Help employees and departments navigate HR questions, tuition waivers, and employment documentation.
• Complete employment verifications, including student loan forgiveness certifications and unemployment documentation.
• Assist employees with Form I-9 requirements and recordkeeping.
• Review data in preparation for payroll, help resolve discrepancies, and follow up on pending Workday tasks.
• Support daily HR operations and team projects.
