ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations from our Clinton, MD office. The role covers onboarding, records maintenance, and HR process improvements across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Training & Development, aligned with company policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with HR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

  • Maintain accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data across systems such as HRIS and LMS.
  • Assist in administering LMS: course creation, content uploads, assignments, and reporting.
  • Support implementation and integration of new HR technologies to improve automation and employee experience.
  • Serve as primary contact for HR, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
  • Support outreach tracking, enrollment processes, and data audits.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain confidential personnel records.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with employee surveys and analyze/report results.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Promote DEI values and ensure ethical business practices.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating complex multi-step events.
  • Apply LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies to operations.

About the Position

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily Human Resources operations across the Platform, including onboarding, record maintenance, and HR process improvements. This role contributes to key HR initiatives and projects while providing support across multiple functional areas, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Training & Development, in alignment with all Company policies, procedures, key objectives, and regulations.

Day in the Life
  • Maintains the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data within HRIS, benefits, compensation systems, and other employee records.
  • Assists in the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, content uploads, training assignments, and reporting for stakeholders.
  • Supports the implementation and integration of new HR technologies to enhance automation and improve the employee experience.
  • Serves as a point of contact for employees regarding HR, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development inquiries.
  • Provides guidance and clarification on HR policies and procedures, as appropriate.
  • Supports reporting and tracking of outreach and engagement activities.
  • Assists with open enrollment processes, including preparation of materials, employee support, and data auditing.
  • Coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes while maintaining accurate and confidential personnel records.
  • Delivers high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assists in administering employee surveys and analyzing/reporting results.
  • Partners with HR leadership to foster positive employee relations, enhance engagement, and support retention initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies, including labor law posting requirements.
  • Manages calendars and coordinates complex, multi-step scheduling processes.
  • Consistently makes decisions in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.
  • Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.
  • Promotes and models the Company's mission, vision, and values through exercising sound and ethical business practices, championing all elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI,) and providing high-quality services and programs as they relate to clients, subcontractors, co-workers, suppliers, and the public.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • SHRM certification (or progress toward certification) is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or related role.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS, LMS platforms, benefits administration tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and reports.
  • Stong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
