Job summary

Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper is seeking a Director of Front of House to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment in Prosper, TX. You will coach team members, train new hires, and develop other leaders while upholding service excellence and cleanliness.

Open availability is required, with Sundays and major holidays off as noted. This role emphasizes positive leadership, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards in a multi-million dollar operation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities:

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a fast-paced restaurant
• Train and mentor new hires, setting the tone for each shift
• Develop and support other leaders in their respective areas
• Demonstrate leadership skills by coaching and motivating team members

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience
• College and higher educational degrees preferred but not required
• Must have open availability
• Understanding of the food and hospitality industry
• Ability to create a positive atmosphere and lead a team
• Has high level capacity to understand the dynamic challenges and complexities of a multi-million dollar operation, successfully.
