Job summary

LVMH Beauty is seeking an HR Controlling, Reporting & People Analytics professional for the Miami Regional Office with responsibilities spanning workforce planning, budgeting, and cost analysis across the Miami, Brazil, and Argentina markets.

You will partner with HR, Finance, payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate headcount, costs, and organizational plans, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in HR Controlling, FP&A, Finance, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Audit, or a related analytical function.
• Proficiency in Excel - formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and numerical information.
• Exposure to HRIS or reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare headcount reporting for the Miami Regional Office, Brazil, and Argentina, including actuals, forecast, budget, vacancies, hires, exits, and internal mobility.
• Maintain dashboards and KPI reports on workforce evolution and costs.
• Perform monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast; highlight risks.
• Validate workforce data across HR systems and reporting files.
• Translate workforce and cost data into clear summaries for management review.
• Coordinate inputs for annual workforce planning and budget cycles.
• Maintain position-control records for approved roles and mobility.
• Prepare headcount scenarios and cost projections for business decisions.
• Monitor labor-cost trends and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external reviews.
