Job summary

LVMH Beauty in Miami leads HR Controlling, Reporting & People Analytics for the North America region, including the Brazil and Argentina markets. The role focuses on workforce data accuracy, cost insight, and governance across HR and finance functions.

As part of the North America team, you will partner with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable planning, budgeting, and reporting, supporting strategic talent decisions and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel: formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for presenting analyses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs for workforce planning, budget, and forecast cycles for the Miami Regional Office and the Brazil and Argentina local markets.
• Maintain headcount and FTE reporting including actuals, forecast, budget, vacancies, hires, exits, and internal mobility.
• Validate workforce data across HR systems and payroll inputs for accuracy and traceability.
• Translate workforce and cost data into clear summaries and practical insights for management review.
• Prepare headcount scenarios and people-cost projections to support hiring plans and reorganizations.
