Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consulting Account Manager to lead a remote team of HR Generalist Consultants. The HR Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee daily HR support, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery: Oversee daily HR support, ensure timely resolution of HR issues, and manage resources to meet service commitments. Maintain familiarity with current and historical client deliverables to ensure accurate service renewals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand HR needs, and provide tailored solutions. Manage the onboarding process, including scheduling and leading kickoff meetings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of HR Generalist Consultants, ensuring consistent and effective HR support. Act as the first escalation point for client HR and personnel issues.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client business goals. Collaborate with consultants to identify additional service opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on HR activities, client satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Utilization: Use ADP software for payroll, benefits, and HR management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting or management.
  • Proven team management and client relationship skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple clients.
  • Proficiency in ADP software and other HR tools.
