Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an HR Consultant to partner with the local management team across total rewards, talent management, performance, engagement, wellness, learning and employee relations. The role supports manufacturing operations in West Chester and Fairfield, OH.

The position focuses on driving HR initiatives, coaching leadership, manpower planning, and organizational design to respond to business needs and enable growth.

The HR Consultant position works in partnership with the local management team in leading HR processes including total rewards, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and employee relations. The HR Consultant will support the manufacturing operations in West Chester and Fairfield, OH

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Drives implementation of multiple initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and
• operational objectives.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve program and
• project milestones within established timeframes.
• Drives adoption and challenges standards. Leads other project participants.

TALENT BUILDER

• Champion SE’s talent management philosophy and strategy
• Build an agile and diverse team able to lead and support business growth while
• being future-focused and developing their own succession pipeline.

BUSINESS ADVISOR

• Coach the leadership team, provide advice and support on all related HR matters
• Adapt and anticipate manpower planning upon business needs

• Contribute to design and organization development initiatives (skills, resources,
• processes) aligned with business and company strategies

Pay: Needs to align to hourly rate of 70K as this has a high potential of conversion and salary would be 70K
