Job description

Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Global Supply Chain Transformation Intern to join our team in the Nashville, Tennessee area for the Winter term. This is a part-time, internship of up to 17.5 hours per week, offering hands-on experience supporting transformation, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives within Global Supply Chain. No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role.

What will you do?
  • Support Global Supply Chain transformation and deployment initiatives.
  • Assist with digitizing and improving business and industrial processes.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and systems.
  • Assist with project documentation, data analysis, and other transformation-related activities.
  • Work alongside project managers and cross-functional teams to gain exposure to a variety of supply chain projects and initiatives.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, data, and digital solutions.
  • Learn and apply new tools and systems to support ongoing transformation efforts.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Junior or Senior standing preferred.
  • Interest in industrial processes, digital transformation, technology, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new tools and systems.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and willing to ask questions.
  • Flexible and comfortable taking on new projects and responsibilities.
  • Previous internship experience is not required; relevant academic, project, or technical experience will be considered.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $23 to $27.50 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
