Job summary

Florida Power & Light Company is seeking an HR Advisor II to partner with employees, leaders, HRCS, Legal, and other stakeholders to provide consultation and support across HR Compliance programs. Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 1+ years
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
• Experience in a regulated industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Responds to employee or leader inquiries regarding HR Compliance policies and programs.
• Supports HR Compliance programs including workplace accommodations and return-to-work services.
• Ensures return-to-work programs comply with disability laws.
• Acts as liaison for leaders on return-to-work plans and accommodations.
• Collaborates with HR Operations, Benefits, Legal, Risk Management, and Safety teams.
