Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles in Georgia offers a part-time HR internship focused on policy maintenance, documentation, and compliance. You will assist with HR forms, policy communications, and data cleanup while working closely with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or another related field required.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and maintain confidential information.
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures, and forms to ensure information is current and accurate.
Support policy communication efforts by helping develop employee-facing resources and job aids.
Conduct research on HR best practices and employment-related topics and summarize findings for the HR team.
Review HR records and reports for accuracy and assist with data cleanup projects.
Assist with organizing and maintaining HR documentation, records, and compliance-related files.
Support HR compliance projects related to process improvement, record retention, and documentation standards.
Help compile information and reports to support HR initiatives and compliance activities.
Partner with members of the HR team on special projects and department initiatives
