Responsibilities
Ensure staff meet compliance requirements and feel supported, maintaining strong professional relationships built on trust and accountability.
Complete HR records and documentation accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards across all staff management.
Apply current HR best practices to enhance staff performance outcomes, improving people operations and contributing to overall practice excellence.
Manage a consistent performance review cycle aligned with practice expectations, ensuring staff are evaluated effectively to maintain growth and organizational standards.
Coordinate staff trainings and professional development opportunities. Maintain HR competency through continuing education and applying new knowledge to improve outcomes.
Identify and address HR risks, including staff compliance gaps. Escalate concerns promptly and maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and leadership to support a positive team environment, contributing to discussions and maintaining organized operational spaces.
Communicate clearly with staff and leadership. Prepare reports and documentation reflecting HR accuracy, compliance, and organizational best practices.
